TOURNAMENT RULES
All games will be 2 x 30 minute halves with a 5 minute half time. There will be no limit on substitutions. A team may substitute on goal kicks, goals, halftime and injuries.
Teams will be awarded 3 points for a win, 1 point for a tie.
After the 3rd game round, both divisions will be combined and standings determined by total points.
Ties between teams following the 3rd game round will be broken as follows:

** Upon penalties, in the case of a 3 or 4 way tie, shooters will take shots against each of the other team's goalkeepers until one team is eliminated. The remaining teams then proceed until the ties are resolved.
Each team will then play their “playoff” game as determined by their standings and indicated on the schedule.
If the FINAL is tied after regulation, the teams will play 2 x 15 minute halves, followed by FIFA penalties. If the Over-40 or other playoff games end in ties, the teams will play 2 x 5 minute halves, followed by FIFA penalties.
The "Golden Goal" applies to all overtime situations.
DISCIPLINARY ACTION...The following rules will apply:
- a player receiving two (2) yellow cards during the tournament will receive an automatic 1 game suspension.
- a player receiving a red card will receive an automatic 1 game suspension.
- a player who starts of engages in a fight will be suspended for the duration of the tournament.
