RULES
All games will be 2 x 25 minute halves with a 5 minute half time, except the FINAL which will be 2 x 30 minute halves. There will be no limit on substitutions. A team may substitute on goal kicks, goals, half time and injuries.
Teams will be awarded 3 points for a win, 1 point for a tie.
After the Round Robin games, Group standings will be determined by total points. Ties will be broken as follows:

** Upon penalties, in the case of a 3 way tie, shooters will take shots against each of the other team's goalkeepers until one team is eliminated. The remaining teams then proceed until the ties are resolved.
Each team will then play their “playoff” game as determined by their standings and indicated on the schedule.
If the FINAL is tied after regulation, the teams will play 2 x 10 minute “Golden Goal” halves, followed by FIFA penalties. If the Over-40 or other playoff games end in ties, the teams will go immediately to FIFA penalties.
DISCIPLINARY ACTION...The following rules will apply:
- a player receiving two (2) yellow cards during the tournament will receive an automatic one (1) game suspension.
- a player receiving a red card will receive an automatic one (1) game suspension.
- a player who starts or engages in a fight will be suspended for the duration of the tournament.
